The Model Y L is real, six-seat and not on sale in the UK — and it is still not a voucher
Every time Tesla launches something, UK searches turn it into a deal. Here is the specification that exists, the price that does not, and the only real UK saving.
This site exists because "Tesla voucher code" is a thing people search for and not a thing that exists. The Model Y L is the current version of the same confusion: a genuinely new car, which UK searches keep converting into a genuinely imaginary discount. So — what is real, what is not, and what you can actually save.
What is real: the car

It is already on sale in Australia and launched in the United States on 2 July 2026. A Model Y L has been photographed under wraps in Germany, and the string "Model Y L" now appears in the JavaScript source of Tesla's European Model Y configurators.
What is not real: a UK price
Tesla has announced no European price and no European date. Order books are expected in autumn 2026, which is an expectation reported by others, not a Tesla commitment. You will see a figure of around €66,990 quoted in places: that is a third-party estimate extrapolated from US positioning. It is not a Tesla number, it is not a UK number, and it is not a conversion you should rely on.
So if you are waiting for the Model Y L in Britain, what you are waiting for is an announcement. There is nothing to configure, nothing to reserve, and nothing to discount.
Why a new model is not a new saving
Here is the pattern this site keeps having to correct. Tesla adds a model, coverage says "new Tesla", search traffic arrives looking for "new Tesla offer", and a page somewhere obliges by inventing one. A model launch changes what you can buy. It does not create a coupon, a voucher, a promo code or a launch discount, because Tesla does not operate any of those in the UK.
The one real UK saving on a new Tesla order is unchanged: applying a referral link before you configure, which credits free Supercharging miles on delivery. It is not a price reduction, which is exactly why it stacks cleanly with everything else. The real UK saving, in full.
Two things worth knowing while you wait
- A six-seat car and a seven-seat car are different products. In the US the five-seat Model Y's seven-seat option returned as a $2,500 add-on — that is a different thing from the Model Y L's 2+2+2 layout, and the two get conflated constantly.
- Tesla rebuilt its UK order pages on 7 August 2026. If you saved an ordering walkthrough before then, re-check it against the live page rather than the screenshot.
