Spotted a figure that’s out of date, or a broken link? Please tell us — accuracy is the whole point of this site. This page also sets out honestly what we can’t help with, so you don’t wait on an email we can’t answer.

What’s worth emailing us about

• An outdated figure. The Supercharging-mile count, the referrer cap, or any UK/EU status note (Model S/X, Cybertruck, FSD) that no longer matches tesla.com/en_gb.
• A broken or wrong link — internal, a source citation, or a referral link that fails to open.
• A factual error in one of the myth explanations on is there a voucher? — tell us which claim and why, ideally with a source.
• Clarity feedback. If a correction genuinely confused you rather than clarified things, say so — that’s a direct miss on this site’s whole purpose.

What we can’t help with

We’re an independent guide, not Tesla, so we have no visibility into your account, order or delivery. For any of the following, go straight to Tesla’s own UK support rather than waiting on us:

• Your order status, configuration, delivery date, or a payment issue.
• Finding or resetting your own referral link (that’s in the Tesla app → profile → Refer and Earn, not something we control).
• Vehicle service, warranty or Supercharging-account problems.

Before you email

Two minutes here often answers the question faster than waiting for a reply:

• Check the “reviewed” date shown at the top of the relevant page — figures are re-verified on that cadence, not continuously.
• Search the FAQ — expiry, GBP value, safety and sharing your own link are already answered there.
• Check is there a voucher? for the specific claim you’re querying — it now includes a quick glossary and a 60-second way to verify the “no coupon code” answer yourself.
